"Easy booking, but the total could be clearer"
Booking was easy, and the base price was clear upfront. A few extra fees popped up later for mileage and insurance, but nothing too wild. I just wish whoever runs this would make the full total more obvious earlier in the process so you’re not doing the math at the end.

"Super easy pickup and drop-off"
I booked through U-Haul and, the pickup was way faster than I thought it would be. The truck was ready to go, the keys were easy to grab, and I was basically out of there in just a few minutes. Drop-off was just as simple too. I took a couple pictures, checked everything back in online, and then left. No waiting around, no confusing steps, just a really smooth experience overall.

"Easy truck rental, no hassle"
I used uhaul to find a truck nearby it was really easy. The place ended up being like 10 minutes from me, which was perfect because I was already trying to get stuff done before work and—anyway, the hours were actually really convenient too. I picked it up early, dropped it off later, and didn’t feel rushed at all. Nothing fancy or complicated, it just worked the way I needed it to. I’d definitely use it again.

"Quick Help When I Needed It"
My truck stalled unexpectedly, which made me nervous since I didn’t want to risk being stuck on the side of the road for long. I called roadside assistance, and they showed up faster than I expected. They got everything sorted out and had me moving again quickly. Really glad I didn’t have to take any chances or wait around too long.

I rented a truck through uhaul.com, the contract was easy to follow. The fees and return time were laid out clearly, so I can’t really blame anyone there. I’m taking off one star because the insurance wording still tripped me up a bit, and maybe that’s partly on me for overthinking it, but I feel like U-Haul could make that section a little more straightforward.

My reservation was right when I arrived, which was definitely a relief. Everything was set up as expected, so that part went smoothly. That said, the check-in process felt a little rushed and not especially welcoming. Overall, it worked out fine, but there’s still some room to make the experience feel more polished

I had to verify my driver account on U-Haul, it went smoother than I expected. I just uploaded my license, answered a couple of questions, and that was basically it. I know people like to complain about these kinds of online verification steps, but this one wasn’t confusing or annoying for me. It took less time than I thought it would, and I didn’t run into any issues. Worked fine on my end.

"Pretty good packing supplies overall"
I used these for packing up a bunch of stuff around the house, they did the job really well. The boxes felt nice and sturdy once they were folded together, and I didn’t feel like they were going to fall apart or cave in while I was moving things around. The tape also worked better than I expected and stuck well without constantly peeling back up, which is always a relief when you’re already dealing with the hassle of packing. Nothing fancy, but definitely solid and reliable packing stuff

"Pretty fair about the damage check"
I noticed a small scratch situation when I returned the truck and figured it was probably going to turn into a hassle.

The guy checked the photos, looked over the spot, and said it had already been noted before my rental. No extra charge, no back-and-forth, just handled fairly, which I definitely appreciated.

"I picked up Uhaul truck for…"
I picked up uhaul truck for my move and overall it was good experience. Inside was clean, no weird smell and no trash left behind, which I appreciated. Outside had few scratches here and there, but nothing that seemed like big deal. It drove fine and got the job done. I’m giving 4 stars because cab was little dusty, but other than that everything went smooth.

Overall, the insurance did what it was supposed to do and the coverage helped when I needed it. The claim took a couple of days to get sorted, so my advice is to keep your documents handy and follow up if you don’t hear back right away. Not a bad experience, just a little slower than I expected.

After my U-Haul rental, I noticed a strange charge on my account. I’ll admit, I’m the type who mostly pays attention to the final bill and kind of tunes out the rest, so that charge really stood out to me. I contacted them through uhaul.com expecting it to be a headache, but they looked into it quickly. The refund showed up a few days later, just like they said it would. It wasn’t perfect from the start, but they fixed it without making it difficult, so I’m giving them 5 stars.

"U-Box tracking worked well for me"
I used the U-Box tracking it did the job well. The updates were helpful and gave me a decent idea of where things were, even if they came through a little later than I would’ve liked sometimes. Overall, I was happy with it and would use it again.

"Awesome Moving Crew"
Booked these guys through U-Haul and they showed up right on time. They got everything moved super fast, didn’t ding or scratch any of my stuff, and were just easy to deal with. they crushed it. Really happy with the help

“It's not easy I rented almost 2years and each time,Hold Time was 30-45 mins and if you catch them in a lie ,they see your number and have you on hold as stated above all truth I will never trust them with my things again!!! "Do not use" their service.”
